RunBazaar is an online marketplace that allows registered users to sell and buy the products and services from variety of brands.The following terms and conditions apply to all sellers using the RunBazaar platform to sell products and services. 1. Introduction

23.	Acceptance of Terms

4.1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;RunBazaar uses a third-party payment provider to process payments from buyers.4.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You agree to use the RunBazaar payment provider for all transactions on the platform.4.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You are responsible for accurately calculating and collecting any applicable taxes from buyers.

4. Payment

5.1.&nbsp;&nbsp;As a seller, you are responsible to ensure all of your products are available and ready for shipping to the buyer in a timely manner when a buyer orders it on RunBazaar and for providing tracking information to the buyer.5.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;You must ensure all the products you are providing, comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to shipping, including but not limited to those relating to the shipment of hazardous materials.

5. Shipping

6.1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You are responsible for handling returns and refunds in accordance with RunBazaar's return and refund policy and any applicable laws and regulations.6.2. You must respond to buyer inquiries regarding returns and refunds within a reasonable amount of time

6.	Returns and Refunds

7.1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell all products and services you offered on the RunBazaar platform and these products and services do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.7.2.&nbsp; You agree to indemnify and hold RunBazaar harmless from any claims arising from the sale of your products and services, including but not limited to claims related to intellectual property infringement.

7.	Intellectual Property

RunBazaar is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to damages or losses arising from the sale of products and services.

8.	Limitation of Liability

9.1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In order to use the RunBazaar platform as a seller, you must create a seller account by providing accurate and complete information.9.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.9.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You agree to immediately notify RunBazaar, when you feel any unauthorized activity or any other security breach on your account.

9.	User Account

10.1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As a seller, you must ensure that all your products and services sold through the RunBazaar platform meet high standards of quality and are free from defects.10.2. If a buyer reports a problem with a product or service, you must promptly address the issue and work with the buyer to resolve the problem

10.	Product Quality

The following terms and conditions apply to all sellers using the RunBazaar platform to sell products and services
